Cold cutting line Duct Line
The “Duct Line” is the machinery for the production of rectangular channels of high construction quality.
It guarantees speed, precision and efficiency thanks to the numeric control managing the entire production cycle.
The sheet coming from the coils is inserted, flattened, ribbed, spilled, notched, and cut to size.
The “Duct Line” is an HPm cutting line made in the 1000, 1500 or 2000 versions, and can be made by combining the following modules:
Features Duct Line
UNVIDERS ASP
5000 kg asp prepared for coils with internal diameters of 500 and 600 mm;
AUTOMATIC INSERTER / MANUAL PLATFORM
The machine can be set up either by an automatic work insertion system (which acts as a warehouse up to a maximum of 4 coils) or by a manual sheet insertion system;
LEVELER
9 roller levelling system equipped with an Encoder for the electronic control of sheet advancement; efficient and fast module due to the use of a brushless motor;
RIBBING
Thanks to a system of rollers specifically designed, this machine allows the ribbing of the sheet thus ensuring greater rigidity of the channel;
MOLD GROUP
Hydraulic system that allows to carry out on both sides of the sheet the taps and the notches that will be used in the subsequent profiling and bending operations; to guarantee the accuracy of the notch depth, the module is equipped with a mechanical sheet tracking system;
BLANKING TIP
Pneumatic system that allows to carry out on both sides of the sheet a series of points that will be used in the subsequent bending process;
LONGITUDINAL KNIVES
Mechanical system that allows the cutting of the sheet in the longitudinal direction to the unwinding of the coil by means of circular blades with a diameter of 250 mm;
GUILLOTINE SHEARS
Mechanical system that allows the clean and precise cutting of the metal sheet; available in different models for different maximum cutting thicknesses;
NUMERICAL CONTROL
A control console complete with touch-screen monitor from which it will be possible to easily insert all the desired work programs.
